Company Background
We are representing our client, a leading company in the F&B industry. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join their team based in Eco Santuari, Rimbayu.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment process, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Process monthly payroll and resolve payroll queries.
- Prepare HR letters and manage employee records.
- Drive employee engagement and support HR projects (performance, L&D).
- Handle HRDF claims and training fund utilization.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and Malaysian labor laws.
- Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and counselling.
- Oversee insurance, license renewals, and government liaising.
- Support office administration and outlet coordination.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of related working experiences.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resourceful and pleasant personality.
- Knowledge of SQL Financial Accounting & SQL Payroll software is a plus point.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday// 9am - 6pm
