Job Descriptions- Overseeing daily IT operations, including hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
- Working closely with other department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network
- Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect IT systems and data, including risk assessments and disaster recovery planning.
- Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals, including long-term planning and policy development.
- Managing IT projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, budgeting, and progress monitoring.
- Managing relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field like Computer Science or Information Technology
- Strong technical knowledge, especially in areas like infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity,
- Knowledge in regulatory compliance and IT governance standards
- Strong vendor management and budgeting experience
