- Assist in managing inventory by conducting regular stock checks, monitoring sales trends, and communicating low stock levels to the supervisor.
- Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and providing product knowledge to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, escalating complex problems to the supervisor when necessary.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, distributing marketing materials, and maintaining awareness of current promotions.
