Assist in administrative, HR, and accounting tasks
- Liase with external accountant, auditor & tax agent
- Assist and oversee the implementation and procedures of E-Invoicing
- Assist to generate sales & account reports
- Monitor outstanding debtors & assists in payment collection
- Help resolve any administrative issues
- Prepare and edit documents, including letters, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (added advantage)
- Experience in SQL accounting system will be added advantage
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- Team player with a mature personality, able to work independently under pressure
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and able to interact with different departments
- Priority given to those with HR/accounting experience
- Preference for candidates seeking a stable and permanent job
