Assist in administrative, HR, and accounting tasks
  • Liase with external accountant, auditor & tax agent
  • Assist and oversee the implementation and procedures of E-Invoicing
  • Assist to generate sales & account reports
  • Monitor outstanding debtors & assists in payment collection
  • Help resolve any administrative issues
  • Prepare and edit documents, including letters, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (added advantage)
  • Experience in SQL accounting system will be added advantage
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma
  • Team player with a mature personality, able to work independently under pressure
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and able to interact with different departments
  • Priority given to those with HR/accounting experience
  • Preference for candidates seeking a stable and permanent job
