- managing financial records, preparing monthly reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- have knowledge in accounting systems esp. UBS system, Excel etc.
- liaising with internal & external auditors/Accountants, Bank Negara, Bar Council etc.
- process salary, commissions, travelling etc. payouts
- handle bank, account payable and receivable
- dealing with LHDN, PERKESO & KWSP
- record/update staff info & leave
- liaise with supplier e.g.: order toner/repair & maintenance etc.
- upload M2E payments, record and filing documents
- involved in payroll prep, admin work & other job duties
- experience in Legal/Law Firm is most advantages
