Senior Operation Executive

• Experience in telecommunications, payment gateway environment will be preferable.
• Able to converse in Mandarin is a MUST, as this position is primarily serving Mandarin speaking market segment.
• Service-oriented mindset: Possess good interpersonal, negotiation skills and presentation skills.
• Moderate proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing sales decks and pitches.
• Poses own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley on occasional basis to meet clients.
• Resourceful, creative, passionate to the job, driven and self-motivated.

Summary of the role:

The incumbent will also need to attend industry events, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to business needs.

• Manage & grow existing accounts: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. This includes monitoring the existing clients regularly to identify potential issues that might hinder project completion.
• Sales & relationship management: Develop and maintain long term relationships with new & existing clients. Follow ups with leads, track progress and close deals. This also includes providing end-user training to client virtually. This is a non-commissioned position but focuses on client relationship management.
• Client needs’ assessment: Understand clients’ needs and provide customized solutions to client that aligns with our Company’s product & services offered. Maintain up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of Company’s products & services to be able to come up with best solutions for client.
• Company profile presentations & pitches: Develop and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaboration with Creative team: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, designers, to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and clients’ interactions. Incumbent need to provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status to Management on regular basis.
