- (Strategize) Plan, develop, and implement 360 digital (mainly social media & google) marketing strategies.
- (Account Servicing) Function as the account lead and project manager to key projects.
- (Pitching) Proposal Creation & Design, Cost Formulation & Presentation
- (Team Spirit) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all platforms.
- (Growth Mindset) Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.
- (Leadership) Lead a team of junior marketing professionals to execute campaigns for our clients effectively.
- (Data) Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- (Business) Work closely with other Department Leaders (HOD) to drive innovation in marketing by integrating new tools, platforms, and techniques into strategies to grow business.
- (Result Driven) Work closely with Managament, HOD, Clients, other staff of Battle Mind Creative to drive towards results for marketing campaigns.
- (Accountability) Responsible for overseeing revenue goals for key accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or a related field.
- Required language(s): English. Good written & spoken Mandarin language will be an advantage.
- Proven experience of 1-3 year(s) in digital marketing management, preferably in the FMCG, travel, food & beverage or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong understanding of 360 digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Qualities: Independent, relentless problem solver, quick learner, street-smart, creative, enthusiastic.
