Senior Marketing Specialist

• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the digital marketing landscape.
• Exhibit fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and display advertising.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with RiceBowl's business objectives, targeting both Mandarin and English-speaking job seekers
• Plan and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, KOL and content marketing
• Create and manage engaging content for social media, and other platforms to drive traffic and engagement
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance
• Analyze user behavior, campaign results, and social media metrics to optimize and improve future marketing efforts
• Familiar with XiaoHongShu platform is a plus, including its user base, content trends, and marketing opportunities
