Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an added advantage.
- Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Always maintain good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
- Possess a valid Food Handling Certificate and Typhoid Vaccination.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Greeting, welcoming and seating guests in courteous and friendly manner
- Use visual cues to seat guests in the dining area depending on their preference
- Manage the flow of guests into the dining area, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate
- To be thoroughly informed and updated on menu information including on-going promotions
- Abide to the procedural flow for food ordering, collection and service
- Observant to guests’ needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service
- Ensure workstations are in a clean condition at all times
- Abide to service etiquette as per company service standards
- Assist in service when necessary
- Suggest food and beverages to the guest and try to upsell
- Check guest satisfaction at all times during their meal
- Maintain the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the service area
- Report to Direct Superior on guests request and feedback
- Understanding guest demands and recommend menu items of the preference
- Shall promote healthy working environment and do not conduct internal groupings and politics.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Direct Superiors.
