  • Course Structuring
Assist in structuring and improving company training programs for better systemization.
  • Training Material Development
Develop training presentations, course manuals, and learning materials.
  • Module Design
Work with the Head of Training to structure course modules and training flow.
  • SOP & Training System
Support the development of training SOPs and internal training processes.
  • Training Coordination
Coordinate internal training sessions, trainer schedules, and training preparation.
  • Data Management
Compile training feedback, course records, and training data.
  • Academy Activities
Support the organization of workshops, seminars, and academy events.
  • Ad-hoc Coordination
Coordinate with the team on ad-hoc projects, company events, or management requests.
  • Travel & Meetings
Willing to travel when required to coordinate and attend meetings with trainers at Dermique Pandan Indah for discussion, preparation, and alignment; mileage claims will be provided.
