Job Title: Head of E-commerce & Live Operations

Location: MUAZ HQ – Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Kuala Lumpur Position: Full-Time

We are looking for a strategic, organized, and proactive leader to manage and grow our e-commerce operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in e-commerce, live commerce, or digital sales
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiar with TikTok Shop or other live selling platforms
• Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory tools, and social media platforms
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Lead and manage the TikTok Live Host team, including daily scheduling and performance monitoring
• Plan and coordinate live content calendar based on product launches, campaigns, and sales trends
• Ensure stock readiness and product availability for each live session
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to update product info and stock flow in real-time
• Analyse sales performance, customer engagement, and host productivity to improve future sessions
• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to align live sessions with overall brand strategy
• Identify opportunities to boost traffic, engagement, and conversion on TikTok Shop and other online platforms
