Ecommerce Executive

Fresh graduates with a degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field are encouraged to apply

Degree holders with 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce sales, customer service, or assistant roles are preferred

Experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc. is a plusFamiliar with online sales, order management, customer service, and data analysisKnowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads) is an advantage

• Manage and update the company's online store, ensuring product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for sales, adhering to brand guidelines and promotional calendars.
• Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM), to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility of the online store, staying up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices and algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with the product management team to ensure timely and accurate product launches, including creating compelling product descriptions, high-quality images, and promotional materials.
• Create engaging and informative content for the website, blog, and social media channels, including product reviews, tutorials, and beauty tips, to attract and retain customers.
• Assist in managing and mentoring a small team of ecommerce assistants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks.
