Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eyewear products (frames, lenses, contact lenses, etc.).
- Explain product features, promotions, and after-sales services.
- Support basic fitting and adjustments of frames (training will be provided).
- Assist in processing sales transactions and handling POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and display areas.
- Ensure accurate stock management and product labelling.
- Work closely with optometrists and dispensers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve individual and outlet sales targets and KPIs.
- Uphold professionalism and product knowledge in all customer interactions.
- SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior retail experience is an added advantage (especially in optical/eyewear).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant personality, team player, and service-oriented.
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
