Candidate must possess at least Certificates, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Technology Management, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role. However, self-motivated fresh-graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse production team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments
- Possess a commitment to continuous improvement, and a focus on maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the production department, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met
- Monitoring production schedules, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or issues that may arise
- Providing technical support and guidance to production staff, troubleshooting equipment problems, and implementing process improvements
- Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to ensure product specifications are consistently met
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise workflows and drive operational efficiency
- To perform any other related duties as and when required.
