Diploma / Professional Certificate or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or equivalent.

At least 3 years of hands-on working experience in similar capacity with ability in managing a team of subordinates.
Knowledge in ISO 9001 documentation as well as others products / quality certifications.
Self-motivated, analytical and able to lead and motivate team in solving problems effectively.
Written and oral communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. As this job function requires to communicate with China suppliers, the ability to read and write in Mandarin characters.
Willing to work for 6 days per week.
Able to travel for supplier audits or solving quality related issues, when necessary.
Oversee the Company’s QA/QC functions to ensure compliance with quality objectives, standards, and good manufacturing practices.
Plan and conduct analysis, inspections, tests, and evaluations of materials, components, and products at all stages: incoming, in-process, and outgoing.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure they meet the Company’s Quality Standard.
Collaborate with production teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
Maintaining detailed records and documentation on quality control processes and findings
Supervise a team of QC Inspectors, ensuring daily inspections and records are carried out accurately.
Provide guidance, training, and support to the QC team to enhance their skills and performance.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Company.
