Influencer Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Stay in tune with the latest social media content trends, focusing on TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
- Create engaging and on-brand content (images, videos) using existing resources and in alignment with campaign strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the brand and marketing teams to develop content that fits the yearly calendar of campaigns and events.
Influencer Management:
- Maintain and expand the influencer community that aligns with our brand vision and values.
- Develop creative collaborations with influencers, ensuring their content resonates with the brand’s style.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers through engagement activities and events.
Campaign Management & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report the performance of internal and external content, aligning results with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Manager to continuously improve campaign performance based on insights and analytics.
Project Management:
- Coordinate and execute ad-hoc campaigns including sponsorships, PR initiatives, and short-term marketing projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and effective execution.
Budget Management:
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and analyze ROI to optimize campaign spend and outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation across various digital platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and engagement.
- Highly creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and execute them effectively.
- Experience in identifying target audiences, with a track record of devising successful campaigns that engage, inform, and drive action.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, adept at interpreting metrics, KPIs, and using insights to optimize strategies.
- Proficient with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets, demonstrating the ability to track and report on campaign performance.
- Solid understanding of operational constraints and a strong ability to execute strategies within budget and timelines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Team player, with a proactive approach to working with others to achieve common goals.
- Exposure to digital marketing strategies and tools is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, with excellent grammar and presentation skills.
