- Develop and manage engaging social media content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) with focus on contact lens promotions and eye care tips
- Oversee daily social media operations, including content scheduling, community engagement, and customer interaction
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion for optical products
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies, product launches, and content direction
- Stay updated with industry trends, eye care innovations, platform updates, and competitor activities
