Kajang - Senior finance executive

We are a fast-growing IT company with a very matured and comprehensive ERP system that supports our operations and financial system. We are seeking a dedicated account executive to join our team.

This position provides you wide career opportunities to grow in our finance department, HR and management team, or become a finance-related systems & software consultant.

The position provides you with opportunities to liaise with our Tax Advisors, Company Secretaries, Auditors, Bankers, Software Consultants and other professionals from which you will gain a wealth of knowledge and benefit from their wide experiences.

• Handle full set of account;
• Manage cash flow, payments and refunds;
• Bank, Debtor and Creditor Reconciliations;
• Prepare internal and external daily and monthly reports;
• Ensure all companies’ documents are up-to-date and well maintained;
• Facilitate audit, secretarial and tax processes and ensure compliance with internal control processes, and liaise effectively with external auditors, tax agents, government agencies, and consultants on related matters to ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and reporting in line with the Company’s policies and procedures;
• Liaise closely with banks and ensure compliance with operational processes;
• HR documentation;
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Management from time to time.

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position and is familiar with accounting systems;
• Possess initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Able to work in fast moving environment;
• Possess positive interpersonal communication skills and keen to learn and progress with Company’s aspirations;
• Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage;
• Remuneration is negotiable;
