Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in B2B sales.
  • Minimum 2 years in outbound telesales (cold calling, lead qualification, phone closing).
  • Proven track record selling manufacturing-related products (e.g., industrial components, machinery parts, chemicals, packaging, or OEM supplies).
  • Language: Must be able to communicate in Chinese Native Candidate.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to work across two locations (Pelangi Square and Sungai Buloh).

  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain high energy during daily cold calling.
  • Manufacturing Acumen: Understanding of industry pain points like downtime, cost control, and lead times.

Business Development & Sales Growth
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct 50–80 outbound calls daily to generate leads from the manufacturing sector.
  • Expand the company’s customer base by pursuing new market segments.
Account Management & Strategy
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key manufacturing clients.
  • Develop sales strategies and conduct market research to identify competitor trends and risks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Presentation & Negotiation
  • Prepare professional proposals and quotations.
  • Use technical product knowledge to address client concerns and negotiate contract terms.
  • Close deals effectively while adhering to company policies.
Administration & Collaboration
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and pipelines in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Submit regular sales forecasts and performance updates to management.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior sales team members.
  • Commission: Uncapped (Structure to be discussed during interview)
