Education: Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 Years experience in the automotive industry (workshop or dealership) is highly preferred.
- Driving License: Must possess a valid driving license (Class D) to move customer vehicles when required.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCount or similar accounting/inventory software is a major advantage.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes to effectively explain services to customers.
- Mandarin or Chinese language speaking preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Customer Experience: Manage walk-in, phone, and digital inquiries.
- Service Coordination: Translate customer requirements into Job Orders (JO), coordinate with technicians on workload allocation, and monitor the status of vehicle repairs.
- Administrative Excellence: Prepare quotations, purchase orders (PO), and invoices.
- Sales & Follow-up: Proactively promote vehicle accessories and add-ons.
- Quality Control & Handover: Perform final inspections on vehicle cleanliness and repair quality.
