- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for communication with colleagues and customers.

- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are accounted for and stored in their designated locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, verifying order details against product codes and quantities to minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the stockroom and warehouse areas, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking procedures, identifying discrepancies and reporting them to the supervisor promptly.
- Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently to move, stack, and retrieve goods as needed.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage during transit.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding stock availability, order status, and delivery schedules in a professional and timely manner.
