Personal Assistant to Director

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of commitments.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, while adhering to the Director's preferences and company policies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls, responding to inquiries, and directing communication appropriately.
- Prepare meeting agendas, transcribe minutes, and follow up on action items, ensuring timely completion and effective communication of decisions.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and adherence to data protection regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents, utilizing strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and personal information.
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
