  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, while adhering to the Director's preferences and company policies.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls, responding to inquiries, and directing communication appropriately.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, transcribe minutes, and follow up on action items, ensuring timely completion and effective communication of decisions.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and adherence to data protection regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents, utilizing strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and personal information.
