ROLE SUMMARY
Join us as an Operations Intern at SOLS Smart, where you'll support our mission of transforming lives through education and empowerment. As an intern, you'll work closely with our management and teaching team, gaining hands-on experience in program delivery and implementation.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to resource management, and engage with program participants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Malaysians and the B40 community. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will:
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and related activities.
- Support product development initiatives, including revamping training
- Assist the Operations Executive with the submission of applications in the
- Manage and monitor HRDC claims or grants, ensuring timely submission and compliance with requirements.
- Conduct research and development to support the continuous improvement of L&D programs.
- Provide general administrative support for L&D initiatives as required.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the department’s operations.
- Other relevant duties assigned by your reporting manager / The Management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS
To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Operations Management, etc.).
- Previous experience in administration, operations, or related areas is advantageous, but exceptional fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (minimum B1 proficiency, Band 4 MUET), both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and digital skills for work.
- Ability to understand and work with research and data.
- Basic knowledge of budget planning and expense tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvements and efficiency.
Contract length: 2-6 months
