Finance Manager (Construction)
A well established construction company in Johor Bahru is looking for a career minded finance manager to be part of their team. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director for this role.
Main responsibilities of the Finance Manager- Oversee group-level adjustments and reconciliations
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform detailed analysis of consolidated financial results, highlighting key trends and variances.
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the consolidation and reporting processes.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on financial performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Experience in financial reporting.
- Experience in dealing with external auditors,tax agents and bankers.
- Able to work independently and have a good eye for details
