Internship Supply Chain Intern

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support our operations. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in procurement, inventory, logistics, and data analysis. You’ll work closely with the supply chain team to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in procurement activities including purchase order processing
• Maintain and organize supply chain documents and records
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for order and delivery updates (internal teams)
• Participate in process improvement initiatives within the supply chain team
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and file management
• Key in documentation such as Goods Received Notes (GRN), invoices, and other relevant supply chain records
• Update and key in inventory data into the system to ensure stock records are up to date
• Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing at least a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently
• Able to commit to the full duration of the internship
• A valuable team player and able to work independently
• Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to work
