Job Responsibilities
✅ Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Support- Collaborate with the team to source and identify potential candidates for open roles.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
- Help build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Support initiatives to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Assist in planning and executing company activities, including festive events and university engagements.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating content and initiatives that showcase company culture and values.
- Assist in onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or a related field (applications from all areas will be considered).
- A genuine passion for talent acquisition and assessment, along with excellent communication skills for engaging with potential candidates.
- A proactive attitude towards self-improvement and a willingness to actively participate in discussions aimed at shaping our company culture.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
