Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in interior design or architectural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max for creating detailed technical drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Strong graphic design skills, including layout design, for presentations and marketing materials.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and platforms to promote design projects.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Ability to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur and collaborate effectively within a 20-person team.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and technical skills.
- Assist senior designers in the development of design concepts and solutions for interior design projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, incorporating design elements, materials, and construction details accurately.
- Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp and 3ds Max to visualize design concepts and present them effectively to clients and project stakeholders.
- Support the selection of furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and materials, considering aesthetics, functionality, budget, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other project team members to ensure accurate execution of design plans and resolve any design-related issues that may arise during construction.
- Contribute to the creation of graphic design and layout design for marketing materials, presentations, and project documentation to enhance visual communication and brand consistency.
- Participate in site visits and surveys to gather information, assess existing conditions, and ensure accurate integration of design solutions within the physical environment.
