Assist to source for required system components.
  • Assist to solicit price quotation from suppliers.
  • Assist to select supplier, recommend, subsequently obtain approval and issue purchase
order.
  • Compile total quotations offered. To ensure and coordinate with both suppliers and project
PIC for the timely delivery of goods ordered.
  • Update status of material received.
  • Assist in keeping proper record and budget control.
  • Verify bills from suppliers with bids and purchase orders.
  • Monitor suppliers’ performance.
-To co-ordinate with the account department in processing all invoices and claims.
  • To upkeep all record and document under purchasing department in proper filing system.
  • To assist in administrative works & Human Resource functions.
  • To compile relevant documents and apply solar system license and approval from related
local authorities.
  • Documentation control related to ISO 9001.
