Experience in purchasing or related field is preferred (food industry experience is an added advantage)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / system)
- Able to work independently and handle pressure well
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English (Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage)
- Responsible for daily purchasing activities (food, seasonings, seafood, and related products)
- Follow up on supplier quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules
- Control purchasing costs and negotiate prices with suppliers
- Ensure stable supply of goods to avoid shortages or overstock situations
- Coordinate and communicate with warehouse and sales departments
- Handle purchasing documents and records (system / paperwork)
