What you'll do:
As an Assistant Manager, Talent Management, you will play a significant role in shaping the future of the organisation.- Ensure recruitment aligns well with both business goals and company culture
- Create and carry out effective talent management strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor on talent-related planning and initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to build a well-rounded approach

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Assistant Manager, Talent Management role will bring a wealth of experience in human resources or business administration.- Expertise in Talent Management, Performance, Capability Building, or related areas in HR or Business Administration
- Over 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, or broader HR functions
- Proven track record in HR roles and involvement in initiatives focused on people and culture
- Solid understanding of business operations and how to drive organizational success through people-focused strategies
- Skilled in engaging employees across all levels with strong stakeholder relationship management abilities
