Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- 1–2 year’s experience in admin, operations, customer service, retail, or F&B industry
- Strong responsibility, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Must possess own transport
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email
- Able to perform data entry, reporting, and basic Excel formulas
- Experience with parking systems, or operational software is an advantage
- Fast learner for new internal systems and tools
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Alternate Rest Day (Saturday / Sunday)
Required to work on public holidays when scheduled- Manage daily car park operations and ensure all systems and machinery are functioning properly
- Handle cashless payment systems (TNG, PayWave, and other parking payment methods)
- Perform cash handling, banking collection, and daily reconciliation reports
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and operational data entry
- Prepare simple reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Monitor parking equipment and report any faults or maintenance issues
- Provide friendly and professional customer service support
- Assist in operational matters during peak hours, weekends, and public holidays when required
