Admin Executive / Operations Coordinator (Car Park & Facility Management)

Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
  • 1–2 year’s experience in admin, operations, customer service, retail, or F&B industry
  • Strong responsibility, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Must possess own transport
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email
  • Able to perform data entry, reporting, and basic Excel formulas
  • Experience with parking systems, or operational software is an advantage
  • Fast learner for new internal systems and tools

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Alternate Rest Day (Saturday / Sunday)

Required to work on public holidays when scheduled
  • Manage daily car park operations and ensure all systems and machinery are functioning properly
  • Handle cashless payment systems (TNG, PayWave, and other parking payment methods)
  • Perform cash handling, banking collection, and daily reconciliation reports
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and operational data entry
  • Prepare simple reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Monitor parking equipment and report any faults or maintenance issues
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service support
  • Assist in operational matters during peak hours, weekends, and public holidays when required
