Facilities & ELV Technician

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in ELV systems or facilities maintenance
• Familiar with CCTV, access control, and structured cabling systems
• Able to travel between branches (KL, Cheras, Kuching)
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills

Responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and tracking of company assets across all branches, as well as the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, structured cabling, and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company asset register across all branch locations
• Conduct periodic asset audits and reconciliation
• Coordinate asset disposal, transfer between branches, and tagging of new equipment
• Liaise with HODs on asset condition reporting and replacement planning

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, door access, alarm, structured cabling, PA systems)
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance on electrical and low-voltage systems at all outlets
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for major works or system upgrades
• Ensure compliance with building management requirements and local regulations

• Handle minor repair works (lighting, power points, fixtures)
• Respond to branch maintenance requests in a timely manner
