Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a managerial capacity is preferred. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Supervise and manage daily operations on construction sites.
- Ensure that all work complies with legal and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in the preparation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to senior management.
- Conduct site inspections and manage quality control and assurance processes.
- Manage workforce and resources on-site, ensuring efficient operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, invoices, and procurement lists.
- Support the Assistant Manager in handling administrative and managerial tasks related to site operations.
