Construction Manager (Gelang Patah, Johor)

Manage overall construction site activities, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is delivered as per schedule and specifications
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Review and manage construction drawings, method statements, and technical documentation
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and reporting
- Ensure quality assurance and control throughout all construction phases
- Support commissioning and handover processes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8–15 years of construction experience, preferably in data centers, industrial, or large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, MEP systems, and project management principles
- Experience managing multiple contractors and complex project timelines
- Familiarity with safety standards and local regulatory requirements
- Experience in data center projects is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
