- Following recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes.
- Handling stored ingredients and food following safety and sanitation standards.
- Following illy operating policies and procedures for safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees during each shift
- Displaying a 'customer first' mentality and being ready to fit customers’ needs or special requests.
- Providing support for the training of new employees by showing appreciation for good performance and coaching where necessary respectfully and constructively.
