Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years relevant HR & Admin experience (SME experience preferred).
- Experience managing staff medical insurance and employee benefits is an advantage.

Human Resource Functions
Recruitment & Onboarding- Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, interview coordination, offer letters)
- Conduct onboarding and maintain proper documentation
- Maintain updated employee records
- Manage leave records, expense claims, and staff benefits
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955
- Assist in maintaining HR policies and employee handbook
- Handle basic employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
- Coordinate performance review exercises
- Track training records and support staff development initiatives
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and vendors
- Coordinate insurance, licenses, and company renewals
- Maintain proper filing systems (hardcopy & digital)
- Support documentation control (especially for ISO / regulatory requirements)
- Assist Management in audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Organize internal meetings and company activities
- Prepare monthly expense bills for payment processing
- Handle administrative tasks such as document updates and reporting
- Provide administrative support to management as required
