- Manage and monitor Windows Server Operating Systems and Virtualization including VMware ESXi.
- Installation, configuration, deployment, troubleshoot and support of IT hardware, software and network.
- Assist on developing and implementing IT standard operating procedures to improve work processes.
- Respond to IT related complaints and provide support to end-users.
- Create & manage Windows Active Directory - User, Computer, Service Accounts.
- Configure & troubleshoot supporting services such as SFTP, DHCP, DNS, AD.
- Manage & monitor Veeam Disaster Recovery & Backup solutions.
- Manage & monitor Disaster Recovery site.
- Manage & control virus & security threat.
- Manage & control Internet access contents.
- Create & manage Aruba, Dell, HPE switches, APs, Fortinet firewall and network security.
- Manage Microsoft Office 365.
- Create & modify IT standard operating procedure & working instruction.
- Participate in the development of infrastructure projects such as setup new IT Infra.
- Update all technical documentation – work logs, operational manual, network documentation, system documentation and other technical documentation.
