Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Independent, strong communication skills and self-motivated.
- Willing to located at Penang Island and Mainland.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Assist with installing, updating, and troubleshooting software applications.
- Report connectivity or system issues to senior staff or escalate as needed.
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new devices, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Responding to IT support tickets and inquiries via various channels.
- Monitoring and maintaining IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses, and assisting with procurement as needed.
- Perform routine checks on hardware to ensure functionality.
- Maintaining asset logs and IT documentation.
