What will you need to do:
✅ Strong skills in videography, photography, graphic design and visual storytelling
✅ Excellent copywriting abilities to create catchy video descriptions and captions
✅ Knowledge of best practices for content creation on TikTok, Reels, Shorts and other platforms
✅ Ability to work independently and meet daily video creation targets
✅ Great collaborative skills to work effectively across teams

- Conceptualize and produce a high volume of creative video content ideas for social media (minimum 3 videos per day)
- Edit videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other tools like CapCut
- Write engaging video scripts, descriptions and social copy
- Optimize videos for performance by incorporating hooks, value propositions and calls-to-action
- Analyze video performance metrics and pivot content strategy based on data insights
- Stay up to date with the latest video editing techniques, social media trends and best practices
You would be a good asset if you have: ✅ 1-2 years of experience in video production, ideally focused on short-form social videos
