Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, including restocking merchandise and supplies as needed.
Communicate effectively with customers to answer questions, take orders, and resolve any issues or concerns.
Assist with basic food preparation and beverage service, adhering to all hygiene and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow during peak hours.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service.
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries about products and promotions.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash and card payments with integrity.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, dining space, and restrooms, adhering to hygiene protocols.
Restock inventory and supplies as needed, ensuring all stations are adequately equipped for service.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
