Marketing Operation Manager

Possess Bachelor’s Degree(Diploma with work experience may apply)

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing operation support/service desk experience. Preferable with MNC and/or IT industry working experiences.
• People skill and managing a team experience is important
• Those without experience may apply but will have a longer training period
• Demonstrated ability to understand branding compliance (training will be provided)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other relevant skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Organization and priority setting skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Training will be provided
• Managing a Team of staff to provide support for the service desk
• Provide marketing support/communication to the Regional Marketing Manager in working out the marketing budget and fund allocation to the Partners
• Support the execution of joint marketing in Asia Pacific/Europe/USA– planning, review, approval and compliance of the marketing plan
• Assist in generating Purchase Order and communication to the Partners
• Monitor and manage expenses within allotted marketing budget
• Help in the monitoring of timeline of the marketing cycle
• Assist in providing creative review and compliance of brand guideline
• Assist partners in submission of their marketing plans
• Responsible for the compilation of POE (Proof of Execute) of the marketing campaign and approval of the budget released
