Minimum Qualification: SPM or equivalent

  • Experience: 1 year in sales or customer service preferred
  • Language: Good communication skills in Mandarin,Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Personality: Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented
  • Others: Able to work in a team and meet sales targets

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide suitable recommendations and promote product to walk-in customers as needed.
  • Assisting walk-in customers in locating requested store products.
  • Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.
  • Responsible for managing the sales target.
  • Reports weekly Operation to Supervisor.
  • Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers.
  • Confidently making and closing sales.
  • Understanding the importance of best-selling lines and feature hotspots.
Working Hours
  • 8.30am-5pm (shift 1)
  • 10.00am-6.30pm (shift 2) only certain branch have shift 2, the rest only 1 shift)
  • 6 day work, able to work weekend and PH, 1 day rest per week
Average commission, commission monthly?
  • Average commission is Between 1500-3000
Work location: Johor Bahru, Kepong, Kota Damansara, Klang
Working hour: 6 day per week (required to work weekend & some PH, 1 rest day per week usually at weekday)

Salary package: basic RM2200-3000, monthly sales commission
