Ecommerce Intern (Remote)

Jaserie is a fast-growing e-commerce brand dedicated to helping people get the best sleep of their lives through innovative sleep products. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in influencer marketing, market research, and customer engagement in a fast-growing eCommerce brand.

This is a remote internship, where you will work closely with our team online to help grow brand awareness, improve customer experience, and stay competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Research, explore, and reach out to new influencers for brand collaborations.
Conduct competitor research to understand market trends, pricing, and promotions.
Support customer service by handling online inquiries, feedback, and basic follow-ups.
Assist in managing social media content and daily operations.
Create and edit short videos for social media content and ads.
Provide general support to the operations team when needed.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fiel
Strong interest in eCommerce, social media, and digital marketing.
Comfortable communicating in English (Chinese is a plus).
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Willing to learn, proactive, and responsible with tasks.

⏳ Able to commit for at least 3–6 months.

Required Skills

✍️ Basic communication & writing skills.

Research skills (able to find influencers, competitors, and trends).
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks remotely.

❤️ Customer-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with Canva, CapCut, or video editing tools.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, WooCommerce).
Understanding of influencer marketing or content creation.
Basic knowledge of ads or digital marketing.
Photography or short-form video shooting skills.
