Operations Manager

- Oversee daily operations of the dialysis centre
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., MOH guidelines)
- Manage staff scheduling (nurses, technicians, support staff)
- Monitor patient flow and ensure quality patient care
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams
- Manage inventory of dialysis supplies and equipment
- Ensure proper maintenance of dialysis machines
- Handle patient feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Prepare operational and performance reports
- Implement process improvements for efficiency and safety
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field
- Proven experience in healthcare or dialysis centre operations
- Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and clinic workflow
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Leadership and team management experience
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Skills:
- Experience managing dialysis centres or renal units
- Knowledge of infection control practices
