This role requires a skilled and talented Engineering expert in a senior management position to oversee all aspects of our engineering department. This leadership role involves managing teams and projects, developing strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery, fostering innovation, and driving the implementation of industry best practices.

• Strategic Direction: Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with overall company objectives.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor engineering teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Financial Management: Effectively manage and allocate the engineering department's budget.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Identify and adopt new technologies and industry best practices, fostering innovation within the department.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve project goals.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a strong foundational understanding of engineering principles.
• Experience: At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Leadership Acumen: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices pertinent to the industry.
• Strategic Vision: Capability to design and execute long-term engineering strategies.
• Project Management Skills: Proficient in various project management methodologies and tools.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Skilled in efficiently identifying and resolving technical and project-related challenges.
