- Experience in handling tasks such as connecting and disconnecting network cables from modems, wiring network cables, ensuring machinery motors are functioning, and troubleshooting machine problems is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in electronics and mechanical systems.

- Able to speak in simple English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Strong technical skills for troubleshooting and repairing arcade machines.
- Ability to maintain and upgrade gaming equipment.
- Good communication skills for customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
- /Possess knowledge about basic IT terms like IP addresses, computer modems, and routers
- Responsible in installation and troubleshoot new game machines
- Liable in maintenance and repairing work relating to game machines, office equipment and fixtures.
- To carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs of machineries for optimal performance.
- Ensure the game machines can be safely used
- Minimize machineries downtime by acting promptly whenever required.
- To liaise with contractor on contract service.
- To carry out electrical related equipment repair and service.
- Train and develop new recruit technician competencies
