Customer Service Cum Marketing Executive

Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
• Friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Prior experience in customer service or social media marketing is an added advantage
• 5 Working Days per week, rest day on weekdays (Mon - Fri)

Customer Service (Primary):

• Respond to customer inquiries on Facebook Messenger and other social media platforms
• Provide professional, prompt, and polite customer support
• Assist in scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointments
• Answer general questions related to our services, pricing, business hours, etc.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback

Marketing Support (Secondary):

• Assist in publishing and updating social media content
• Support online promotional campaigns and marketing efforts
• Help with basic copywriting or content ideas
• Coordinate with design and content team to improve customer engagement
