Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets for baby gear, educational toys, and kids' playsets within the Johor Bahru region.
  • Identify and pursue new leads through various channels, including online marketing, networking, and direct outreach, focusing on the local Johor market.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships using CRM tools, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the baby and toy market within Johor, providing insights for product development and marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with clients and partners, maximizing profitability and market share within the designated territory.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of TOYSPARK's offerings, effectively communicating features and benefits to potential customers in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and marketing performance metrics to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement in the Johor Bahru market.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base within the Johor Bahru region.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including online marketing, networking events, and direct outreach, and qualify them for sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of TOYSPARK's products.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote TOYSPARK's products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
