Minimum SPM qualification.
- Able to start work immediately after the interview.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and proactive.
- Able to work independently and have basic knowledge of inventory and shipping processes.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy tasks such as lifting goods.
- Responsible for warehouse daily operations including order processing, picking and packing.
- Prepare and work with picking lists to fulfil, pack and dispatch client orders.
- Sort, organise and store inventory in the proper location.
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled within the specified time frame.
- Make informed decisions regarding available shipping options.
- Report damaged or missing inventory.
- Stack and organise bulky items.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from containers.
- Remove cargo from transportation vehicles and deliver it to the proper location.
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (if required).
- Assist with other warehouse processes as assigned by Supervisor/Management.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks when required.
