High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field may be beneficial.
- Entry-level position with 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems).
- Physically fit and able to handle goods when required.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers and transporters.
- Prepare delivery orders, packing lists, and relevant documentation.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in stock take activities.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of warehouse items.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment and facilities, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and storage racks. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
